PDA Download StationA PDA download station will be available near the registration area, allowing you to download the CHEST 2009 program and other select material.
Speaker Ready RoomsAudiovisual equipment and technical support will be available to faculty for presentation preparation at the San Diego Convention Center, Room 28 A, as follows:
Room Ford C at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego will be open 24 hours, from Saturday, October 31, through Wednesday, November 4, as a speaker review room. There will be no audiovisual equipment or technical support in this room.
Complimentary Convention ShuttlesComplimentary shuttle service will be available between the convention center and the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and Embassy Suites San Diego Bay. Complimentary shuttle service will be available for morning and evening functions at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego from the following hotels: San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter, Omni San Diego, and Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Signs with shuttle information will be posted at each hotel.
Business CenterA FedEx/Kinko’s business center is located in the San Diego Convention Center for your photocopying, faxing, and shipping needs. You may also use your hotel’s business center or contact the concierge at your CHEST 2009 hotel.
Guest Activities and Tour ProgramYou and your guests are encouraged to attend the Convocation Ceremony and Reception on Sunday, November 1, and guests are encouraged to take advantage of the diverse tour program. The Tour Desk, located in the ACCP registration area, can handle inquiries regarding prearranged tours and information on restaurants, shopping, and other great things to see and do in San Diego.
