Meet Our Partners
The AABIP, founded in 1993, is an interdisciplinary society dedicated to bronchoscopy and interventional pulmonology. The society’s diverse membership includes trainees, as well as pulmonologists, chest surgeons, otorhinolaryngologists, and pediatricians with interests in chest diseases. The main focus is airway disorders and pleural diseases. Members come from a variety of backgrounds and academic disciplines. Many are, or have been, involved in the development and expansion of procedural activities at some point during their careers. In addition to a 1-day yearly scientific meeting held at CHEST, members of the AABIP meet for three exciting days with colleagues from around the world during the World Congress of Bronchology. The official journal of the AABIP is the Journal of Bronchology & Interventional Pulmonology.
