3rd Critical Care Fellows Conference
This conference for fellows-in-training will focus on critical care medicine for the up-and-coming physician. An outstanding faculty will present topics and provide breakout sessions focusing on various areas of critical care medicine, including ARDS, mechanical ventilation, and sepsis. Fellows must be nominated by training program directors to be considered for this conference.

Leadership Development Program for Academic and Private Practice Physicians
This program will give physicians the opportunity to discuss topics that will influence their professional growth and impact their leadership roles while in academic or private practice settings. The participants will be introduced to special topics by leaders in the field who will offer guidance and preparatory material supporting or illustrating the role of active leaders in the ACCP. Attendance is by invitation only for academic physicians. Private practice physicians should have 3 years’ experience in private practice.

6th Pulmonary Fellows in Sleep Training Conference
This program will consist of several topics specifically geared to pulmonary fellows seeking added expertise in sleep medicine. Fellows must be nominated by training program directors to be considered for this conference.

This conference for pulmonary and critical care fellows will allow selected physicians an opportunity to attend a full-day lecture and skills lab. An outstanding faculty will present topics and practice issues important to fellows-intraining. Fellows must be nominated by training program directors to be considered for this conference.

2nd Asthma Fellows Conference: Developing the Asthma Expert
This conference will be offered to pulmonary fellows-in-training who indicate specific interest in asthma diagnosis and management. It will include such topics as pharmacogenetics, pathophysiology of asthma, new treatment approaches, and communication with patients about asthma control, as well as challenging case presentations and discussions. Fellows must be nominated by training program directors to be considered for this conference.

9th Pediatric Fellows Conference
This conference for pulmonary/ critical care pediatric fellows will allow young physicians to attend a special postgraduate course. A national faculty of specialists will discuss clinical topics and practice issues pertinent to pediatrics. Fellows must be nominated by training program directors to be considered for this conference.

4th Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellows Conference
An outstanding faculty of cardiothoracic surgeons will lead small, interactive sessions on practical and cutting-edge topics of relevance to cardiothoracic surgeons-in-training, inclusive of thoracic aortic disease, thoracoscopic interventions, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, and postoperative management. Fellows must be nominated by training program directors to be considered for this conference.
