Gain the cognitive and psychomotor skills needed to effectively use peripheral bronchoscopy, radial EBUS, and image guidance systems in clinical practice. This 1-day course will cover ultrasound, peripheral airway anatomy, and pulmonary nodule management guidelines while allowing you to practice your skills in a hands-on environment.
Prior to attending the course, you will receive a required reading list of several key articles. These will form the cognitive base of the course. You will be expected to have complete mastery of the material at the time of the course start, reducing the need for lectures during the course, so the focus can be on hands-on training.
Pulmonary and critical care fellows, physicians, intensivists, thoracic surgeons, and physician assistants are encouraged to attend.
