The CHEST Foundation
Our mission is to develop resources to champion the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chest diseases through education, communication and research.
The CHEST Foundation, with support from Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, has launched a Lung Cancer Care: A Team Approach campaign to raise awareness about lung cancer and the importance of medical specialists working together to provide the best care possible for people with lung cancer.
November is National COPD Awareness Month
To recognize National COPD Awareness Month, the CHEST Foundation has launched a Take Contol. Live Well. campaign to encourage people with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors for better management of their illness and to improve quality of life.
Take Control. Live Well. provides free educational resources that can be downloaded to learn more about COPD, getting tested, treatments, lifestyle tips, plus other information.
This campaign is made possible through a charitable grant from AstraZeneca.
Tome Un Respiro
The CHEST Foundation, with support from Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., has launched a campaign to increase the awareness, diagnosis, and treatment of COPD among Latinos. View COPD en Espanol.
