6th Asthma Fellows Conference

Attendees of the 6th Asthma Fellows Conference will receive the following:

Complimentary registration to CHEST 2011.
Economy class, round-trip airfare for reservations made at least 21 days in advance on a major carrier between your home airport and Honolulu, Hawaii.
A travel stipend of up to $800 to cover travel expenses for flights and ground transportation.
Single room accommodations at one of the ACCP CHEST 2011 conference hotels on Saturday and Sunday nights, October 22-23, 2011. The conference is held on Sunday, October 23.
Continental breakfast, lunch, and a complimentary networking luau Sunday evening with faculty and attendees from the other fellows conference.

Training program directors' nomination forms must be received by July 8. Nominees will be notified by the ACCP the week of July 11.
