COPD Alliance

Since its launch in October 2010, the COPD Alliance, which includes the ACCP, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Physician Assistants, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and American College of Osteopathic Internists, has been very active in reaching out to its member organizations representing more than 300,000 clinicians. The COPD Alliance was formed to provide primary care clinicians with timely information, tools, and support to facilitate the recognition, diagnosis, and treatment of COPD.
