As the more healthcare information is electronically captured, tracked, disseminated, and documented, how is it being shared, and by whom?

The rules, tools, and tenets of information seeking, creation, and sharing are constantly evolving, and the use of tools that provide ways to manage information are changing rapidly due to a number of factors, including new tools, improvements in existing tools, launch of new devices like the iPad, and the incredible shift to mobile devices and apps, as opposed to traditional desktop browser.
