Tuition refund requests for all courses must be received in writing by August 5 for a full refund, less a $175 processing fee. Access to course e-books will be discontinued with your cancellation. No refunds will be issued after August 5.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival in order to avoid a room and tax charge for one night.

Accreditation Statement
The ACCP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement
The ACCP designates this educational activity for a maximum of 41.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CME credit hours are subject to change. Final CME credit hours will be provided on-site.
