Private Practice NetWork Online Puzzler

Coding Question #1: A 72-year old man with diabetes, hypertension, and coronary artery disease presented 1 day earlier with respiratory failure secondary to pulmonary edema requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation. You saw him in consultation on admission and see him on the second day where he remains on IV nitrates and alpha- and beta-blockers for control of hypertension and symptoms.
