Initial Management: Clinically Unstable Patient with a Large PSP

Management Options (listed in order of preference)

  1. Hospitalize and insert a chest catheter to re-expand lung

The patient should be undergo a hospitalization with insertion of a chest catheter to reexpand the lung (very good consensus).
