| *Panel members taking the Delphi questionnaire were asked to respond to case-based scenarios with multiple management options presented as choices. Members were asked to respond to the appropriateness of each option with the above Likert scale. A few questions were open-ended, multiple-choice, or yes/no responses that did not incorporate the Likert scale. |
