How does your practice measure up?
This program presented at the American College of Chest Physicians CHEST 2006 Annual Meeting session will review the performance of pulmonary practices and groups. Practice performance is measured by assessing aspects such as staffing levels, practice costs, revenue cycle standards, and employee benefits, as well as several other pertinent practice aspects. This program also offers information and direction to physicians and practice managers to improve their daily practice-operational management and strategic planning. This presentation is the only known source of pulmonary practice performance data. For many practice executives, it serves as a guide in their decision-making regarding many aspects of the practice.
Learn how to:
- Increase the performance of your practice with cogent information.
- Create new and meaningful data relative to a pulmonary practice.
- Demonstrate the trends seen in pulmonary practices, such as the use of Web-based communication.
