Welcome to the Airways Disorders NetWork, a multidisciplinary group of ACCP members with a common interest in understanding, diagnosing, and treating disorders that affect the airways. These disorders include common lung diseases such as COPD and asthma, as well as cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, and other airway problems.

The Airways Disorders NetWork is led by a steering committee of ACCP members consisting of a Chair, Vice Chair, and eight members-at-large, and it is supported by ACCP staff members. Currently, the Airways Disorders NetWork Steering Committee has three working committees for the development of projects and educational content: COPD, asthma, and cystic fibrosis/bronchiectasis.

We invite your participation! NetWorks are the best way to get involved with the ACCP. Sign up to become a member of the Airways Disorders NetWork or contact networks@chestnet.org for more information. You can also get involved by attending our NetWork Open Meeting at the CHEST annual meeting or by contacting the Chair or Vice Chair of the Airways Disorders NetWork. Feel free to share your ideas and proposals for NetWork projects with me at Peters@uthscsa.edu.

Thanks for your interest in our NetWork.

Sincerely,

Jay Peters, MD, FCCP
Chair, Airways Disorders NetWork
