In some cases, Windows users may run into difficulty with the Shockwave Player. To remedy this, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the following folder on your hard drive: Windows/System32/Adobe/
2. Double click the file labeled uninstaller and uninstall the previous version of Shockwave
3. Download the following files from our site by right clicking on the link below:
   Shockwave Full Installer
   Shockwave Uninstaller
   
   
4. Double click the file sw_uninstaller.exe and follow the instructions (the file is a little slow and may take a minute for the dialog box to open). This file removes any old versions from when Shockwave/Flash were a product of Macromedia.
5. Double click Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe and once complete restart your computer.
