2023 Financials

The financial goals for 2023 were broad in scope, covering growth through membership, Annual Meeting attendance and sponsorship, new educational offerings, and more. The largest contributors to revenue and expenses for CHEST are directly tied to its educational initiatives, including live and simulation learning. CHEST was able to deliver enhanced learning experiences in a prime location for CHEST 2023 in Honolulu, contributing to higher-than-average costs. However, the largest number of trainees and the second largest attendance overall was achieved in 2023.
