• Deliver improvements in at least three existing products that increase learner satisfaction
• Increase CHEST Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider Certification Exam registrants to at least 400

• Execute on the approved 2026 Giving and Fundraising Strategies
• Take steps to begin reducing CHEST’s annual meeting carbon footprint by 2030
• Develop a multiyear roadmap to embed cultural responsiveness and health equity across CHEST’s educational and professional offerings
• Formalize and adopt a proactive policy agenda in the tobacco and vaping space
• Expand the readership of CHEST Advocates

• Improve the timeliness and relevance of clinical guidance produced by CHEST
• Develop and implement a go-to-market playbook for guidelines and apply it across all research-driven topics
• Develop four or more supplemental materials derived from open access journal content
• Initiate discovery discussions with at least four institutions or health systems to identify clinical, population health, or workforce challenges CHEST might address
• Establish a product portfolio management system
