CHEST Foundation Champions Circle…Fueling Our Mission

Our updated mission statement, “The CHEST Foundation champions lung health” has inspired a new name for the Annual Fund giving club, which is now called the “Champions Circle.”  This new name recognizes that donors to the Annual Fund, which supports annual programming of the foundation, truly are champions for lung health.  Being in the Champions Circle means you’re contributing to the Annual Fund, but it’s so much more.

It means you’re contributing to our mission, serving as a champion, and dedicated to improving global lung health. Also new this year in the Champions Circle is the addition of the Advocate giving level for donors who contribute $2,500 in a calendar year.  We’ve also changed the “Young Physicians and Allied Health Members” level—for $250 donors, to a new name, “Young Professionals,” in order to be more inclusive of our diverse donor base.

Don’t forget that being part of the Champions Circle includes a number of benefits and recognition opportunities at the CHEST Annual Meeting.  Many Champions Circle members take advantage of the Donor Lounge at CHEST, which is a great place to recharge, mingle, and network with leadership; meet the foundation staff; and learn how you can engage with the CHEST Foundation.
