Many of us are eagerly counting down the days until 2020 is over. It’s been a year filled with challenges and changes that we never expected. We’ve faced disease and suffering at a scale that has been heretofore unimaginable. The pandemic has changed how we have provided care and how we educate our patients, families, and each other. But it has also reinforced the basics of medicine and the importance of teamwork and communication.

As we enter 2021 in a third wave that has yet to peak, we wanted to pause and take time to reflect on the year that was. Join us for #CHESTChat on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 7 pm CT, as we debrief a little about 2020.

Tune in on Twitter to discuss the following topics with colleagues from around the globe:

T1: What did you learn about yourself and your practice as a clinician?

T2: What will you carry forward after the pandemic?

T3: What do you want to leave behind after the pandemic?

T4: What changed in your practice over the last year and what innovations have come out of these changes?

T5: If you could go back to March 2020, what would you tell your past self?

T6: As you head into the next year, what would you want to remind your future self?

Join us on Twitter and use the hashtag #CHESTChat to participate! See you there!
