Acetazolamide Plus Atomoxetine for Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome Treatment

Besides lifestyle modifications, PAP is the only available treatment for obesity hypoventilation syndrome, and it is often not well tolerated. A study in the journal CHEST® examined if two weeks of 500 mg acetazolamide plus 100 mg atomoxetine daily was effective for obesity hypoventilation syndrome severity.
