Helping Their Community Breathe Easier

Iyad Hasan, NP, and Roy St. John, MD, work for a Central Ohio organization called The Breathing Association, which provides resources to local residents through education, detection, treatment, and care.

Their offerings include a lung health clinic, nicotine cessation assistance, and a home energy assistance program (heating/cooling/water), among other efforts.

During this interview, they share with CHEST Advocates an overview of the organization, current initiatives, and how clinicians can support the work they do.
