Leadership and Learning

The core of CHEST as an organization lies in its educational programs, which received accolades in 2025 speaking to the power of associations. CHEST educational offerings are made possible by the dedication of our members, who generously volunteer their time to serve as faculty and take on leadership roles.

A sincere thank you is extended to every member of CHEST who takes the time to lend their expertise to improve chest medicine and patient care.

CHEST Annual Meeting 2025

Annual Meeting attendees posing with a Love Your Lungs frame

This year’s meeting was especially meaningful as the CHEST organization celebrated 90 years of history. Since the first annual meeting in 1935, CHEST has been driven by a commitment to advancing science, education, and patient care, and Chicago was the perfect setting to honor that legacy while looking ahead to the future of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. With more attendees than ever before, a Mayoral Proclamation, and session after session highlighting the latest medical advances, CHEST 2025 in Chicago was one CHEST to remember.
