Association of Pulmonary Hypertension With Trastuzumab Emtansine

Results of an analysis of the French Pulmonary Hypertension Registry and the World Health Organization pharmacovigilance database suggest that more patients exposed to trastuzumab emtansine developed pulmonary hypertension compared with trastuzumab alone.
