CHEST has secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Chicago affordable. Through the travel experts at onPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Group rates expire October 7, though you may be able to find other rooms through our housing site after that date.

While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with CHEST. Beware that entering into financial agreements with unendorsed companies can have costly consequences.

GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN
NOTICE: Arrive extra early for your flights, as Transportation Security Administration staff will be limited, and lines are expected to be long due to the government shutdown. Watch for changes in your flight times or cancellations.
Transportation options
Rideshare services and taxis are available from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW) to CHEST 2025 hotels. From O’Hare Airport, the approximate fare for a taxi is $50 to $55 each way. From Midway Airport, the approximate fare for a taxi is $35 to $40 each way. Shuttle service will be provided between select CHEST hotels and the McCormick Place Convention Center. Hotels with shuttle service include Chicago Marriott Mag Mile, Hilton Chicago, Hyatt Regency Chicago, Intercontinental Chicago, Omni Chicago, Residence Inn River North, and Springhill Suites River North. All other CHEST hotels are within a couple blocks’ walk of the convention center.

Travel assistance
Direct Travel Management can assist in arranging your travel. Their agents can help with unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, flight cancellations, delays) and provide superior customer service. Direct Travel Management is familiar with CHEST’s travel policies and can offer personalized service when you book with one of their agents. Childcare program
Bringing your family to CHEST 2025? CHEST is partnering with leading childcare provider KiddieCorp to offer a program for children aged 6 months through 12 years old. Childcare will be offered October 18 to 22 during CHEST education hours and will be located at the Marriott Marquis Chicago. Availability is limited and handled on a first come, first served basis. Invitation letters
Letters of invitation for attendees and guests can be generated in the online registration dashboard. Abstract and case report presenters needing additional presentation information in their invitation letter should contact abstracts@chestnet.org.

CHEST reserves the right to adjust requirements and will notify attendees as applicable. Attendees are responsible for checking for updates issued by the state, city, venue, or CHEST before traveling to the location.
